Brrrr-ace Yourself: The Polar Plunge is Back!

Get ready to “Go for the Cold” this February! Join us at the Virginia Beach oceanfront for a weekend of icy fun in support of the 20,000+ athletes of Special Olympics Virginia.

Whether you’re a first-time plunger looking for a thrill or a seasoned pro ready to brave the Atlantic, your participation helps us raise much-needed “cold cash” for our incredible community. Not a fan of the frost? You can still join the fun at our Friday night Glow Run or the pre-plunge party!

Weekend Schedule:

• Friday, Feb 6 @ 7:00 PM: 5K Glow Run/Waddle (Boardwalk)
• Friday, Feb 6 @ 7:00 – 10:00 PM: Pre-Plunge Party (Live music, food, and drinks!)
• Saturday, Feb 7 @ 11:30 AM: Costume Contest & Parade
• Saturday, Feb 7 @ 1:00 PM: Official Polar Plunge
